- This voucher can be redeemed from today to 28 Jan 2024 (60 days validity)
- Valid Mon - Sun: 11am to 8pm.
- Limited to only first-time customers of Velva Beauty and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP and DP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for current package holders.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- Surcharge applicable (payable directly to merchant):
- There will be a $10 surcharge for appointments booked one week before Christmas.
- There will be a $10 surcharge for appointments booked two weeks before Chinese New Year.
- Reservation required.

How To Redeem Voucher
Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Purchase the voucher(s)
Receive a confirmation email from us upon payment. Do not share the voucher code (in the confirmation email) with merchant before appointment.
Step 2: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Call or email the beauty service at the intended outlet to book your preferred time slot. Refer to confirmation email for outlet details.
Step 3: Present confirmation email upon arrival
No printing is required. Upon arrival for appointment, kindly present the confirmation email to merchant for scanning of QR Code or quote the voucher code.
Step 4: REDEMPTION IS COMPLETED!
