- Advance booking is required, subject to availability.

- The treatments you have booked are especially devoted to you. A 6-hour cancellation notice is kindly required.
- We have scheduling procedures down to a science to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so other guests do not have to wait for their services.
- Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant so that we can adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
- All treatment results may vary according to individual’s conditions; Multiple treatment sessions are necessary to achieve optimum results.
- Present voucher at outlet for verification.
- Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per customer.
