Usage Terms
- This voucher can be redeemed from today to 05 Aug 2023 (60 days validity)
- Upon purchasing MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher, the customer shall entitle to redeem the MyLash™ service stipulated in the voucher only, non-exchangeable to cash or other services not stipulated in the voucher.
- Service Redemption Period for MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher is valid two (02) months from the date of service purchased.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be given for any unutilized MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher purchased.
- Festive surcharge applies for service redemption two (02) weeks before the Chinese New Year.
- Booking of appointment under the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher must be made at least seven (03) days before the service redemption date.
- Booking for service redemption is limited and subject to appointment slot availability. MyLash™ does not guarantee appointment booking availability on any day or any particular eyelash artist.
- Appointment booking is confirmed one (01) to two (02) days before the service redemption date, via Email or WhatsApp reminder
- Once the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher booking is confirmed, changes are allowed to be made at least twenty four (24) hours before the appointment date. Any cancellation or changes less than twenty four (24) Hours will treat as Last Minute Cancellation.
- It may be necessary to treat appointments as Last Minute Cancellation for customer arriving more than twenty (20) minutes late. However, MyLash™ will wherever possible, perform the service to the time available with a consideration of the next client booked in. Service began later than the scheduled time, which may affect the service time and quality.
- MyLash™ reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher, or substitute or replace the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
- Voucher cancellation is only allowed within the first seven days from purchase date. You may read our FAQ to understand the cancellation process and other matters.

How To Redeem Voucher
Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Purchase the voucher(s)
Receive a confirmation email from us upon payment. Do not share the voucher code (in the confirmation email) with merchant before appointment.
Step 2: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Call or email the beauty service at the intended outlet to book your preferred time slot. Refer to confirmation email for outlet details.
Step 3: Present confirmation email upon arrival
No printing is required. Upon arrival for appointment, kindly present the confirmation email to merchant for scanning of QR Code or quote the voucher code.
Step 4: REDEMPTION IS COMPLETED!
