Usage Terms
- This voucher can be redeemed from today to 20 Jul 2022 (60 days validity)
- Valid Mon - Wed, Fri: 11am - 8pm; Sat - Sun: 10.30am - 7pm. Not valid on Thu / public holidays / eve of public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Splendor Hair Salon and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for all hair lengths.
- May not be suitable for all hair types and customers with scalp problems, kindly call merchant to enquire.
- Consecutive session(s) must be utilised within 2 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Additional S$30 applicable for hair length past shoulder. For the additional S$30, please pay on-site to the salon directly.
- Surcharge of $20 applicable for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
- Not applicable for freelance hairstylists and Director

- Voucher cancellation is only allowed within the first seven days from purchase date. You may read our FAQ to understand the cancellation process and other matters.

Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Purchase the voucher(s)
Receive a confirmation email from us upon payment. Do not share the voucher code (in the confirmation email) with merchant before appointment.
Step 2: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Call or email the beauty service at the intended outlet to book your preferred time slot. Refer to confirmation email for outlet details.
Step 3: Present confirmation email upon arrival
No printing is required. Upon arrival for appointment, kindly present the confirmation email to merchant for scanning of QR Code or quote the voucher code.
Step 4: REDEMPTION IS COMPLETED!
