Usage Terms
- This voucher can be redeemed from today to 02 Dec 2023 (60 days validity)

- Valid for customers aged 23 years and above, Singaporeans, PR, EP, SP, DP and LTVP holders.
- Clients who are menstruating are not advised to use jacuzzi facility.
- Valid for all day redemption, booking subjected to availability.
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever.
- Elements Wellness Group reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Surcharge of $21.40 per pax applies for the weekend, PH and Lunar New Year Period appointments.
- There will be surcharges for facials from 7 January to 21 January 2023.
- Chinese New Year surcharge of $21.40 per pax per facial.

Step 2: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Call or email the beauty service at the intended outlet to book your preferred time slot. Refer to confirmation email for outlet details.
Step 3: Present confirmation email upon arrival
No printing is required. Upon arrival for appointment, kindly present the confirmation email to merchant for scanning of QR Code or quote the voucher code.
Step 4: REDEMPTION IS COMPLETED!
